• The Data:Existing Home Sales. This is our favorite pulse check! It shows us how many homes actually traded hands in March. 🗝️ Strong sales figures prove that the spring market in Plymouth and beyond is in full swing!
• The Fun: It’s National High Five Day (Observed)! ✋ High-five your processors—they're the reason your "Control Group" of loans stays on track.
• Wednesday, April 22nd: EARTH DAY & Pending Home Sales! 🌎📝
• The Data:Pending Home Sales. This is our "crystal ball" for future closings. 🔮 If contract signings are up, it means the inventory we've been waiting for is finally finding buyers!

• The Fun: It’s National Picnic Day! 🧺 If the weather’s nice in Michigan, take a quick lunch break outside. A little fresh air makes those complex files feel a lot lighter!
• Friday, April 24th: New Home Sales & National Pigs in a Blanket! 🏗️🥐
• The Data:New Residential Sales. We wrap the week with a look at how many newly built homes found owners in March. This is a massive indicator of builder confidence heading into the summer. 🏗️
