o   The Data:ISM Services PMI. 🚨 This is a huge pulse check on 80% of our economy. If the services sector is still booming, the Fed might keep their foot on the brake.

o   The Data:EMPLOYMENT SITUATION (Non-Farm Payrolls).🌟 This is the biggest market mover of the month! The April jobs numbers will dictate exactly where mortgage rates head for the rest of May. 🚀
